Plantasia is Pamelia Chia's second cookbook, which delves deep into Asia's rich culinary traditions, techniques and vegetable-forward recipes. The book brings together the stories and perspectives of 24 chefs, food writers and home cooks from across the continent, each sharing their unique relationship with food, culture and sustainability.
I created a series of illustrated portraits and accompanying visuals that celebrate the diversity of Asian food cultures, working closely with Pamelia and the book's designer. The book also features fully illustrated endpapers and a series of pen-and-ink drawings for the chapter “How to Make Your Vegetables Taste Great” plus a Tote bag!!
