Les marchés aux puces
Brussels, 2018For the curiosity and thrill of going to a flea market and looking for something that may not exist and owning something that has no use anymore is quite amusing. During my exchange semester in Brussels I visited Marolles Flea Market which is one of the oldest markets in the city. This was an instant reminder and connection for me to the Sunday market of Ahmedabad. It felt similar but different, familiar but new. This illustration represents this very feeling of nostalgia through objects.
